Please Make yourself aware of my Covid policy Below -
Coronavirus (COVID-19) Infection Prevention & Control Policy for
Shara Lise Nail Designer, Bristol.
All of us have been affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. It has been a universal effort to comply with the Government’s social distancing measures to keep our NHS protected so they can save lives. With my business having to temporarily close, I have missed being able to offer you the treatments that I know you enjoy, and I am looking forward to seeing you again.
My priority is to keep you as safe as possible, and to remain open and offer treatments, I have implemented a number of changes which I would like to make you aware of. During the time my business has been shut, I have made several changes in the way that we operate that you will notice when you next visit.
If I feel ill or have symptoms of C0VlD-19, I will follow the current government guidelines. This may mean that I have to cancel your appointment at short notice. I appreciate that this may be inconvenient, but it is done entirely for your own safety. If your appointment is cancelled, you will be able to re-book or request for a full deposit refund. (only if i have cancelled)
If you or any of the people you live with feel ill or display any symptoms of C0VlD-19 – please advise me as soon as possible.
Visiting my Premises:
For your safety and to maintain social distancing, I ask that you attend your appointments as close to the appointment time as possible. Please do not turn up early for appointments as this may mean that you come into contact with another client who is just leaving or arrive before essential cleaning has finished.
I have increased the frequency of cleaning in my work area including making sure that common surfaces, toilets door handles etc. are wiped clean using disinfectant products before and after each client.
All tools and equipment will be sanitised, disinfected, or sterilised in line with the specific manufacturers’ instructions for your safety.
Wherever possible I will utilise environmentally, friendly, single use items during a treatment that will be disposed of safely after use in order to protect you from cross infection.
You will have access to hand sanitiser available to use before the start of your treatment and at the end of your treatment as normal.
A non-refundable 50% booking fee is required to secure your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed unless a deposit has been paid.
This will come off your final bill. Treatments can be paid online in full, or the remainder in Cash/Card in person at the end of the Treatment. Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment time, will be charged at 50% of the remaining Treatment Price. No shows will be charged the full amount.
I offer free repairs within the first 5 days. Outside this period, full prices of infills /full sets apply.
Unfortunately any accidents or lifting caused to the nails, after the 5 days proceeding your treatment cannot hold the Nail technician accountable.
After care is always discussed at the end of each appointment, nail treatments and the length of time sets of Nails last will always depend on the individual, and the level of care taken to protect the nails. Unfortunately premature lifting will happen if the clients nails are misused, or there are under lying health conditions, this can also include certain skin types, for example, very dry skin/oily nail beds.
I always encourage clients to book in at the first sign of lifting and damage. It is advisable to book in advance, 2 - 3 weeks after a first full set.
All payments for completed sets final and I am unable to exchange or refund.

What do we do with the information we gather and what is our justification for doing so?
We use your personal data for a variety of purposes related to the products and services we provide. From a legal perspective there are various reasons for doing so and we have set out an explanation of this below:
When you make purchases from the website (including purchases made over the phone):
We use your personal data to provide you with the information, products and services that you request or purchase from us (i.e. to complete certain tasks, processes or orders on our website and take payment online (where applicable) and deliver your products or services), and to communicate with you regarding those products and services that you purchase from us and respond to your questions and comments.
We use your data in this way either because we have a contract with you (for example, if you purchased products from our website) or because it is in our legitimate interests to do so (for example, it is in our interests to measure customer satisfaction and 'troubleshoot' customer issues) but we will always ensure that your rights are protected.
When you visit and purchase services from our Nail Salon:
We will often send you a medical form and Covid form, prior to treatment. This will include information about any medical conditions you have which may affect our ability to provide you with the services you are requesting. We use your data in this way to ensure that we take care of our customers' health and wellbeing and we will always ask you for your explicit consent to process this personal data. We may also send you SMS reminders about appointments or deliveries if you have given us your phone number for this purpose.
When you become a customer and share your details:
We will use the personal data we collect to offer services, gifts and special promotions. This includes using your date of birth (where you have opted to provide it) so we know when to send you your birthday gift, storing your delivery address to make purchasing from us easier and using your email address to send our seasonal promotions and exclusive tips and tricks.
We use your data in this way either because we have a contract with you to provide you with these services as a customer or because it is in our legitimate interests to do so (for example, we want our customers to receive the very best promotions and special offers).
When you interact with us on Social Media:
When you engage with us on social media such as Facebook, Twitter or Instagram we will use your personal data (such as your username) to respond to you. Where you have tagged us in a tweet our response to you will be visible on our twitter feed (on the twitter website and on our own website). It is in our legitimate interests to do this as we love to engage with our customers and want to offer the very best customer service.
For advertising and marketing purposes, including to measure how effective our marketing is:
Where you have given your consent to do so, we will send you our regular newsletter which informs you about any new services and special offers or promotions that may be of interest to you via email or by mobile phone. If you have registered to receive information from us, you can withdraw your consent by using the 'unsubscribe' links at the bottom of the promotional emails we send you or by responding to the text messages as indicated.
Alternatively, contact customer service via email firstname.lastname@example.org, or write to Customer Service, Shara Lise Nail Designer, 131 Court Farm Road, Whitchurch, Bristol, BS140EY.

We may also contact you by email, phone or mail for market research purposes and we may use the information to customise the website according to your interests.
We rely on your consent, or, where appropriate, our legitimate interests to market our products and services, to contact you directly about the products and services on offer on our website. In other scenarios (for example, measuring the effectiveness of our marketing or carrying out market research), we will rely on our legitimate interests to make sure that our marketing and advertising is effective and interesting to our customers, always ensuring that your rights are protected.

For these purposes, your personal data will be aggregated and looked at on a statistical basis.
It is in our legitimate interests as a business to use your data in this way. For example, we have a clear interest in ensuring that our site works properly and that our products and services are high quality and efficient. We will always ensure that your rights are protected.
